I have been playing around with stickybits for the last few weeks. It is an interesting social media service. The idea is that you can scan any barcode and attach something to that barcode for other scanners to find. Things like photos, videos, text bits, audio, etc. You can also get notified whenever someone else scans that same product.
From a study in human behavior it is remarkable. I am amazed at how many people scan a product and than take a picture of that product. My self included.
I went to the stickybits site an created my own barcode. I have attached a short movie to it. Hopefully you will download the app on your iphone or android, scan the barcode below and add a stickybit of your own.
